Equality, Science, and Technology: For a paradigm shift

This week our CSO Coralie Jehanno participated in the international conference “Equality, Science, and Technology. For a paradigm shift” organised by Emakunde in San Sebastian.

The different presentations and round tables on the inclusion of gender perspective in Research and Development have been fascinating and we have learned as much as we have felt understood.

If only one number is to be remembered from these two intensive days, it is that globally, only 20% of the founders and co-founders of start-ups are women. Being a company led by a duo of women, we are equally shocked by such a big gap and motivated to promote inclusivity and diversity in the start-up ecosystem!
